How many computers can I install PerfectIt on?
PerfectIt is licensed per user. The licensed user may install the software on a work computer,
home computer and a portable laptop, as long as the licensee is the primary user of each system.

Can two or more people in an organization share a copy of PerfectIt?
No. The software is licensed per user.

How many computers are covered by a Site License?
A Site License covers up to 500 users in one organization in one building. If your organization is
spread across multiple offices in different regions, or if you'd like to have more than 500 users working
with PerfectIt, we can arrange a custom license for your needs.

What is the support policy?
Site licensees get free support for one year after the purchase (renewable at 20% per year). Individual
licensees get free email support for 90 days after the purchase. However, beyond that period no reasonable
support request will be denied, and historically less than 1% of Intelligent Editing users ever require
assistance.
