remember to include the following information:
- Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
- What version of Windows are you running (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista)?
- What version of MS Word are you running? (2000, XP, 2003, 2007. If you
are unsure which version of MS Word you are using, click on "About
Microsoft Office Word" within the MS Word "Help" menu and check the
first line).
- What version of PerfectIt are you running? (To see
what version of PerfectIt you have, choose "About PerfectIt" from the
opening screen).
- If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please
include the full text of the dialog box.
- If you are running any other add-ins for Microsoft Word,
please list these.
